    The historic Cass Gilbert Depot has been restored with a combination of public and private funding and is available for the community to enjoy. The Little Falls Chamber and Tourism is the steward of this property for the community and welcomes everyone who is looking for a lovely space to rent. Host your baby shower, bridal shower, family reunion, birthday party, and even your wedding in our authentic train depot. The depot offers a unique experience for any event. Utilize the train theme and your guests might go locomotive!

  • Any damage to the Cass Gilbert Depot, grounds, or the Little Falls Chamber and Tourism property will be billed back to the user.

  • Services Included

    • Use of tables and chairs
    • Wi-Fi – Note: our Wi-Fi is public. Due to limitations, Wi-Fi is only available for up to 10 guests. Streaming/remote sessions are limited to only 1 station or 1-2 people depending on the bandwidth requirement.
    • A/V equipment is included upon request with an additional fee. A/V includes a projector and a projector screen. Note: laptop, speakers, and compatible cords for your equipment will not be provided. Please ensure to bring your own.

  • User Responsibilities

    • Room setup, including table and chair arrangements
    • Arrangements for any catering services
    • Light cleaning
    • Wipe off all tables and sweep the floor
    • Brush off chairs with a dry, clean cloth
    • Empty all waste receptacles and remove garbage from premises, including all recyclables
    • Take all trash and recycling with you
    • Remove all adhesive material from walls, chairs, and woodwork

  • Prohibited Activities

    • No items will be tacked to the wall or woodwork
    • No commercial sales
    • Any advertising or publicity about your event must indicate that the Cass Gilbert Depot is the meeting location and that the Little Falls Chamber and Tourism is not endorsing and/or sponsoring the event

  • Utilities Provided

    • Refrigerator
    • Men’s and women’s bathroom with paper towels and toilet paper
    • Limited amount of garbage bags
    • Kitchenware and serving utensils NOT provided
    • Note: One crock pot per outlet only. No heating plates or fire candles.
    • Note: Anything not listed above will have to be self-provided
    • Note: Absolutely no electric roasters
