Presenters will guide participants through the pairing exploration in small groups. Following the tasting, all will gather in the music room for a guided conversation highlighting the takeaways from the experience. Dinner will then be served with a dessert and wine pairing to close out the evening.
During the tasting, guests will sample 5 wine varietals alongside carefully selected food pairings. Dinner will feature a fresh green salad, lasagna with meat sauce, and garlic bread with Port wine and chocolate mousse for dessert. (The nature of this pairing event does not allow for food substitutions or dietary accommodations.)
